Rent is collected on your behalf and transferred to your nominated account, with full monthly statements provided for your records.

Maintenance is coordinated through our trusted network of vetted contractors — plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, and general handymen who we know to be reliable, fairly priced, and responsive. We obtain quotes, approve reasonable works within agreed thresholds, and keep you informed of anything significant. Your property is regularly inspected to ensure it remains in excellent condition.

We ensure all regulatory obligations are met. EJARI renewals are registered on time. Service charge payments are tracked and settled from rental income. Municipality fees are handled correctly. When you receive your annual financial summary from us, every dirham is accounted for.
