If you ask to receive property updates or market insights, we'll send those too — but only if you ask. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Who can access it

Elita Homes agents handling your request have access to your enquiry details. We use third-party tools for communications and internal workflows — they handle data on our behalf, not for their own use.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights
