Power of Attorney and Legal Structuring

The legal mechanism for completing a remote purchase in Dubai is the Power of Attorney (POA). We work with RERA-registered conveyancers and notary public services to prepare a limited, specific POA that authorises our team to sign on your behalf at the DLD trustee centre — without giving any broader access to your affairs.

For clients who prefer an alternative, we can arrange an apostilled POA through your local notary public, which can be used directly. We provide the exact wording required and liaise with the DLD to ensure it is accepted without delay. The entire legal structure is explained to you clearly before any document is signed.

From Reservation to Title Deed

Once you have selected a property, we handle the reservation, MOU negotiation, financial transfer coordination, and the final DLD registration — all with you updated at every step via WhatsApp, email, or video call, whichever you prefer. We upload all documents to a secure shared folder so you always have access to the full paper trail.

When the transaction is complete, your title deed is issued, scanned, and sent to you digitally the same day. The original follows by courier. You are a Dubai property owner — from anywhere in the world.
